The Discovery Process
We start by having discovery meetings where we get to know you, your leaders, your business, and your challenges.
After the discovery meetings, we’ll prepare a proposal that will:
- Summarize your concerns
- Summarize our observations
- Recommend an overall implementation strategy, along with specific steps and tools to address your concerns
- List the anticipated results
- Provide an estimated cost and duration for the project
- Provide an estimate of the time required of you and your staff
Our Consultants
We bring the right number and type of consultants to your project based on your needs and our consultants’ areas of expertise.
Boyd Empowerment is led by Drew Shrimplin. Drew is a consultant and teacher with over 20 years business experience, primarily as a human resources executive in large corporations. He holds a master’s degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. Drew is committed to his own personal development and makes his home in Birmingham, Michigan.
